The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for the review of applications for Area or Use Variance requests.  Variance requests can only be made upon denied applications for the Planning Board or Building Permits.  The Zoning Board also reviews Interpretation Applications relating to decisions rendered by Code Enforcement Officials.

The Zoning Board generally meets on the second Monday of the month at 6pm, provided that applications have been submitted.  Application Deadlines are representative on the Board Schedule.
